WHEN IT CAN’T WAIT
Today, when a cleaner is free.
When a cleaner near you has room today, booking shows same-day arrival times from three hours ahead. A same-day surcharge is added and shown before you confirm. If no one is free, booking offers the earliest other times.

A little help,
a little more life.
Is it the right clean?
AT A GLANCE
Same-day times appear in booking when a cleaner who takes same-day work is free near you for long enough, from three hours ahead.
From three hours ahead, between 8am and 6pm, when a cleaner is free near you.
Booking shows the earliest other times, usually from 24 hours ahead.
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean finishing, and an eligible re-clean of the missed part is free under our Care & Cover terms.
For the days that don’t go to plan.

A same-day clean is our standard clean, booked for today when a cleaner has room. Guests at short notice, an inspection brought forward or a mess that can’t wait: choose your clean and today’s date, and booking shows what’s possible.

Enter your address, choose your clean and pick today’s date. If a cleaner who takes same-day work is free near you for long enough, booking shows arrival times from three hours ahead. Choose one, check the total and confirm. If no times show for today, no one is free today, and booking offers the earliest other times.
Bedrooms, bathrooms, the home’s condition and any extras set the time needed.
Same-day times appear only when a cleaner is free for that long, near you.
You pay after the clean.

Same-day work depends on available appointments and a suitable cleaner. Check the confirmed booking; an enquiry or an available-looking day is not a guaranteed arrival.
Short notice does not change the agreed scope.

Cleaners take same-day work when they have a gap, so a little flexibility helps.
Morning bookings have the most of the day left to fit a clean.
A smaller clean needs a shorter free window, so it fits more easily. Add extras another time.
You don’t need to be home: add entry, parking and pet details to your booking notes.
For a fixed date, book 24 hours or more ahead, with no same-day surcharge.
Only if your home needs more attention. When you book, you tell us how much attention it needs. A home with some build-up or that needs a proper reset gets extra time on the first visit, and that visit costs more; every later visit is charged at the regular price.
If it’s been months, or you want the oven and more detailed cleaning before settling into a routine, a deep clean first can make more sense. A standard first visit catches up on everyday surfaces; it isn’t booked for inside appliances unless you add them.

MAKE IT YOUR CLEAN
Choose available extras in booking and review their price before adding them.
Inside oven, fridge and kitchen cupboards are optional extras with Standard. Deep includes the oven; fridge and kitchen cupboard interiors remain optional. End of Lease includes all three.
GOOD TO KNOW BEFOREHAND
Mould removal, hazardous waste, heavy lifting, high-reach areas and chandeliers aren’t part of these domestic cleans. Repairs, pest control and gardening need separate arrangements.
Carpet steam cleaning isn’t part of a Standard Clean; vacuuming is included. You can add it to a Deep or End of Lease Clean, or book it on its own.
A balcony or patio can be added as an extra. Regrouting, sealing, exterior cleaning and other specialist work aren’t part of our cleans; ask the team before booking.
Check a particular taskOnce the checklist matches your home, compare providers. House cleaning providers in Australia compared. Compare cleaning providers’ inclusions, prices, who arranges the cleaner and what happens if a task is missed.

Bedrooms and bathrooms set your price. Apartments, units, terraces and houses cost the same for the same rooms.

WHO WE WELCOME INTO YOUR HOME
We look for people who already know how to clean professionally and are committed to quality service. Our application process checks who they are, how they work and whether they are ready for the services they offer.
Cleaners complete an identity check before they can be approved to take bookings.
New applicants tell us about their professional cleaning experience, skills and equipment for the services they offer. Answers that need a closer look are flagged for review.
Every cleaner completes practical safety questions covering cleaning products, surface care and keeping bathroom and kitchen cloths separate. Safety answers that need attention must be resolved before they can take new jobs.
We screen every applicant over the phone before approval.
Our signup flow includes three short cleaning videos with quizzes covering kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.
Our checks continue after approval. Customers can rate every clean. We closely monitor each cleaner’s ratings and feedback, and follow up when a clean falls short.
Each cleaner personally accepts our quality agreement for the services they offer during signup and skills setup. They commit to doing their best to deliver a premium clean and returning at no extra charge if you report a cleaning concern or leave a low rating within 48 hours of your clean ending. The 48 hours is for reporting a concern; the return visit is arranged afterwards.
Team members complete their own checks and make their own quality promise. A team leader’s experience does not replace each cleaner’s personal skills, safety checks or identity verification.
Care & Cover
Every clean comes with Care & Cover: our Happiness Guarantee, published insurance cover and a team to turn to.
Care & Cover isn't an insurance policy, and conditions apply: a re-clean doesn't apply when a clean couldn't go ahead as booked, such as no access, water or power. Care & Cover, in full · Service terms

Often, yes. When a cleaner who takes same-day work is free near you for long enough, booking shows times from three hours ahead. If none show, no one is free today.
No. Same-day times depend on a cleaner being free near you. When one is, the time you choose is booked like any other.
When a cleaner has a long enough gap, yes. A longer clean needs a longer free window, so it’s less likely to fit on the day; book deep or end of lease cleans ahead where you can.

Inside the oven, fridge and cupboards, interior windows, a load of laundry (washed, dried and folded) and a balcony or patio can be added to a standard clean. Each extra is priced in booking before you confirm. On a regular plan, an extra applies to the first visit unless you add it again.
Extras and their prices are shown in booking.
A team shares that work and can spend less time in your home, at the same fixed price for the booked scope. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed finish time.
In a one or two-bedroom home that’s cleaned regularly, that’s roughly two to two and a half hours for one cleaner. A first visit, a larger home or extras add time, and the booking allows for it.
Our guide to how long a house clean takes explains current standard-clean estimates by home size, team time and two- or three-hour priorities.

A little preparation.
A useful head start.
No need to clean before your clean. These small preparations help make the visit work for your home.
Put away loose items where you can, so your cleaner can spend their time cleaning the surfaces underneath.
Add access instructions, parking information and priorities in the booking notes. Confirm special products or sensitive surfaces with the team.
If inside appliances or cupboards are included or added, empty them so they’re ready to clean. Let the team know if you need help planning access.
